What Happened!? It's been nearly a year since I last posted???
I suppose I just got a little bit carried away with school. Then I guess summer happened. What with a full time job in the summer and what not.
So many things have happened just recently, let alone in the past year.
My grandma is moving to a condo after spending almost all of her married life in her house. It's so tough for her to move on. In fact, I know it must be because it's tough for me to say goodbye to that house. After knowing and frequently visiting that house for the past 20 years, it will be hard to part ways with it. But I know it's for the best.
In recent COUNTRY MUSIC NEWS.....I SAW BLAKE SHELTON THIS PAST SATURDAY AT THE PALACE!!!! It was the most amazing experience ever. Definitely the best concert I've ever been too. The tour was called the Ten Times Crazier Tour and it's promoting his new album "Based on a True Story." So I was really surprised when I took a peek at his setlist and saw that he was only playing a couple songs from his most recent album. He didn't even play Ten Times Crazier. However, this basically didn't bother me. I've been a "BSer" as we Blake Shelton fans are known as for about 7 years now. So all of his old stuff (and in my opinion his BEST stuff) was what he played for the show. It was such as amazing night.
Also very cool was the fact that Jana Kramer opened up for him. She's originally from Detroit, Michigan so I love her because of that fact. However, her music is also REALLY GOOD. If you haven't listened to any of her stuff before, you are missing out. Easton Corbin went on after Jana and he was good as well. I'd be "All over the road" for him lolllllll...
Anyway, I'm now in my second year at college here at MSU and things are going decently well. I'm taking some really challenging courses like Chemistry. Actually, that is my hardest class and it might just kick me in the behind. :(((
My cousin Ruthanne just got engaged to her boyfriend of like, 6 years! So that's amazing as well!
Life is good...presently haha.
I promise I'll be blogging more regularly. Below are pictures from the concert! It was awesome!
XOXO,
Christina
